IntelliBase allows the user to have unlimited businesses; each with separate personal information and the ability to incorporate business logos and signatures. The beauty of IntelliBase is that it replaces the need for a word processor for sending letters, faxes, thank you cards, sympathy cards, and holiday cards and includes a spell checker. It eliminates all that merging madness when doing mass mailings . A must for the home business. There is even a simple invoicer.

Many years of fidgeting with this database has resulted in automatic holiday card generation with a personal touch. IntelliBase knows when to use a nickname you enter for inside the card or letter as opposed to the more formal version you may want on the outside of a letter or in the fax address. Ever tried to do a married couple with different last names?! IntelliBase automatically uses both full names where appropriate and first or even nick names in the warm and fuzzy spots.

IntelliBase automatically finds, sorts, and prints your holiday cards with the option to print the addresses on labels or on the back side of the original card or envelope. There is also an option for printing in reverse order if your printer requires it. Children are automatically included in personal holiday cards along with any personal note. In the business holiday cards, you can add a representative. No one will know you did it automatically.

IntelliBase also calculates years married (for those of you who keep track of such things) and calculates childrens ages (in years and months).

Originally the database was written for my interior design practice, so it features project sheets, time logs, retainer forms, referral source, business type tracker, and even sticky back sheets for blueprint title blocks. These are included if you need them.
