Domestic Orders (except Hawaii and Alaska)
- To purchase an item, select any of the available options from the drop down list on the order page, then click the "Add To Cart" button; a new shopping cart window will appear with your item listed. You may add multiple items to, or delete items from, the cart at any time.
- When you've finalized your items and quantities in the shopping cart, click on the "Proceed With Order" button. Once at the PayPal payment processing center, you may enter your zip code which will generate shipping costs, sales tax (California residents only), and calculate the order grand total. You may then proceed or cancel your order.
- We use PayPal as an order processing center. You do not need to be a PayPal member to use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. If you would like to use your PayPal account for payment, simply login when asked to do so. We have chosen PayPal for your security and ours.
- PayPal will email us a copy of your transaction. Once received, we will fill your order and get it shipped and/or emailed within 24 hours .
- We ship almost entirely via United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service.
- UPS will not deliver to a PO box. Please provide a physical mailing address on ALL book orders.
- If you have selected our Email service on one of the software products or bundles, we will email the software immediately, then ship the software on CD along with the book.
- Please determine your desired items and quantities. Send your list along with your complete mailing address here. We will research the best shipping method and provide you with a quote. Once you approve the quote, we will send a request for payment via PayPal. Once payment has been completed, we will ship your items out immediately with any tracking information.
- All prices are in United States Dollars.
- For obvious reasons, all sales on software and books are final. We'll be happy to answer any questions prior to purchase. Also, please refer to our testimonials page. We do aim to please and believe you will be very happy with our products.
